How I got the pen name Kika Dee
Here is a
photo of me, my sister and my niece (from left to right), hiking at our
favorite Annadel State Park.
When my niece was a baby and just learning how to
talk, she would try to say, Krista (my name) and it would come out Kika. So she
and the rest of my family just started calling me Kika.
My middle initial is D. So I just added D to Kika,
only I made it Dee. So my pen name is Kika Dee. That’s how I got my pen name.
